　朝一番や食時前にコーヒーを飲む人も多いのでは。でも、「カフェインの多いコーヒーはインスリンの利きを悪くして、血糖値を上がりやすくするという報告があります」と金本さん。甘いパンなどのGIの高い食事と一緒に飲んだ場合も、同様 の結果が。「コーヒーを飲むなら食後がいいですよ」（金本さん）。
